Furthermore, when you choose our local business, there are no long-term contracts. Your rent will simply be due on the 1st of each month unless we’re given 15-day notice that you will no longer be using the unit. In addition, unless you are renting one of our RV units—which requires a deposit of $100—there is no deposit fee.

It is also worth noting that we work hard to keep our facility clean, ensuring that we spray for spiders and beetles once a year and sweeping the driveways for sand, dirt, and leaves. We also wash the outside of the units annually and take security seriously, with 24 cameras placed throughout the property.
