Do I need tenant insurance to rent a 10x24 unit?
No, we don’t require you to have tenant insurance to rent a storage unit. We do recommend it, however, since it protects your belongings and offers peace of mind. If you would like tenant insurance, you can get it through our third-party insurance partner or shop for your own policy.
Do I need to provide my own lock?
No need; we will provide a high-security combination lock, which is included with your one-time admin fee. The lock is yours to use for the duration of your rental period.
How do I move out when I no longer need to rent my unit?
If you no longer need to rent a storage unit, we need 15 days’ notice before you move out. Then you will need to remove all your belongings from the unit, sweep it to ensure it’s clean, and leave the lock on the door. Finally, give us a call to confirm your move-out.
